CBBA Annual Registration

All participants who participate in CBBA programs/competitions must hold a valid registration. Registration ensures that a participant is acknowledged as a CBBA and Basketball NSW participant. This ensures the participant is covered for insurance if any injury were to occur.

No person is permitted to participate in CBBA/BNSW sanctioned programs/competitions without a valid registration.

Primary Registration is valid for 365 days. Once this 365 day period lapses, the participant must renew their registration.

CBBA welcomes all participants to join our programs/competitions. If a participant holds a primary membership with another Association (i.e. Hills, Penrith, Hawkesbury, Macarthur etc.), these players must complete a Secondary Registration to participate in CBBA programs/competitions.

NOTE: Secondary Registrations will expire at the end of the competition/season in which the player is currently competing in.

E.g. if a participant holds Primary Registration with another Association (not CBBA) and wishes to play in a CBBA competition, they must hold a current/valid primary membership and also must purchase a CBBA secondary membership. This secondary membership will expire at the end of the season in which that player is competing in. If the player wishes to compete in the next season and is still a primary member at another association, this player must pay the secondary membership fee for the new season.

Refunds will be granted if the participant has NOT participated in any program/competition.

NOTE: All refunds will be MINUS the GameDay processing fee.

There are a few ways to find your registration expiry date:

1. View the receipt you received via email from GameDay.

2. Access your membership profile HERE.

3. Email your Primary Associations competitions team.

Yes, all participants must have a valid Registration. Coaches, Assistant Coaches, Managers, Referees, Supervisors, Staff, etc. If you fall under one of the roles listed above, please complete the PRIMARY REGISTRATION FORM.

Sometimes this issue can occur and happens depending on who the participant’s Primary Registration is held with. Please contact the competitions team via email: competitions@blacktownbasketball.com

If you have paid for Primary Registration with the wrong Association, no refunds will be given due to parents/players using the incorrect registration form.

Parents/players receive four emails leading up to the expiration date of their current memberships to renew their membership with the current Association, it is not an Association’s fault that the parent/player has re-registered for the wrong Association.
